Can’t see anyone wanting Nofoaluma unless we pay almost all his contract which will limit any potential upgrade.
I’m with everyone else on Staines he was worth keeping and he is still unsigned by anyone. Strange to me.
Maybe the Staines situation is dependent on the size of the contract. I recall people from Weststigers & Penrith blowing up about the size of his previous contract? What is his real value? Go Weststigers!

His real value is whatever someone is willing to pay, and at this stage he is getting zero next year. Makes no sense to me. The only two likely possibilities are IMO:
1. His injury is worse than reported and there is some issue with him continuing and at what level....or
2. He loves the Tigers so much that he is holding off on signing anywhere until we can open up a position in the list despite the fact that we filled those spots with him available....unlikely.

He is a good player but wouldn't break the bank for Staines, if we can move on nofo then we might be able to grab Staines.

I will be very disappointed if he doesnt end up with us. IMO assuming his health is OK, he is a valuable squad member and better than other wing options.
@tiger5150 The problem is Nuffie paid above his effort grade and taking up 1 spot , this is what you get when admin put the fingers into the retention pie. Staines will be a lose but probably will happen as Nuffie is going nowhere except reserve grade !!!
