@yanni Don't get me wrong, I think Haas is a fantastic player, I just think our need is in the backs. Our forwards aren't losing us games. If we could afford some new backs AND Haas, then great let's do it, but I wouldn't take Haas at this stage over quality backs.
as for who we should get, I think Sullivan and Latu are good for starters. I think we also desperately need some decent wingers. Staines should be re-signed, Nofo should be cut loose and replaced with someone with speed. I thought Tupou looked OK in the centres but we definitely need another quality centre. If it were me i'd be going after 2 centres, 2 wingers as priority (along with strentghening the halves, of course).

. Avo I fully agree with your thoughts on the positions we need to strengthen. It looks like the halves are sorted, we talk about getting a big name player to the club someone who may attract others their isn’t to many bigger than Hass. Wasn't it the lack of confidence in the current coaching mob that player managers raised in meetings with WT leaders? That's what needs to change first, IMO, before any seriously marquee signing can occur. Sezer and Sullivan are not "marquee".
