@avocadoontoast I'm trying to remember it was Michael Caryanis he is filling in with Jimmy Smith at present. Don't know how close Michael C is with the club tbh, a bonus if we can make that happen

it was just someone texting in with the rumour. The hosts said “we haven’t heard about that one.”
I can understand the scenario being the Tigers pushing to see if Moses can get to the club 2023, if he’s coming at all, but I can also understand the scenario that his manager is keen to give the Bulldogs every chance to top the Tigers’ offer. He’s in a great position to get everything he can. Both Sheens & Gould know signing Moses will give them an edge and a much better chance of playing finals footy. Now, unless they have a plan B, Williams perhaps but nothing really been talked about as a real possibility, then Moses is their man. It could go back and forth until something gives.

@avocadoontoast Agree. For me the contract Moses signs should be about what is financially best for him. This is his opportunity to cash in given there are clubs needing a good, experienced half. He’s also got maybe 5 or 6 years at his best left and he now is a father so it’s about more than just him. If the Eels can get near what the others offer I can understand it, they may even offer him a 5 or 6 year deal to sweeten it, who knows. The 3 clubs would be in a bidding war I’d think. If I’m his manager I’m making sure I take the absolute best offer.

I would say we are absolutely No chance of getting George Williams early, but he would be a good pick up if we miss Moses

I can confirm 100% that Wigan have no objections to George Williams joining the Wests Tigers and would not even expect a transfer fee. George Williams can go to the Tigers with Wigans blessing.
