This was our last NSW Cup squad. If Tupou and Dunster both join that backline this weekend then who gets dropped?
Blind freddy could see we needed forwards much more. We're all a bit reluctant to stick it to Benji but he's got this all wrong in my view.

Junior Tupou is missing a lot of tackles in the centres as well this year. Definitely not banging on the door for NRL game time.

The Wests Tigers are pleased to confirm the signing of exciting outside back, Junior Tupou.
Tupou – who can play at wing or centre – has signed a train-and-trial deal for the remainder of this season, before joining the Wests Tigers Top 30 squad for 2027.
The deal sees the 23-year-old return home to the Wests Tigers after playing 34 NRL games for the Club from 2022-2024.

I was pretty sad to see Tupou leave. Yes he has a mistake or two in him like many kids. But he certainly can be a weapon and his return is good timing considering our injury list for the backs.
My hope is that as he is maturing so will his play, won't be the first time that that clubs pay big money but are not patient enough. Benji should be good for his confidence.
