Why would the club be happy to release Luke L now when we are already hit by injuries in the backs?
It would be a long shot but Joey Manu's French rugby union team were eliminated last weekend so he is on his way home.

The odds that this guy makes it to first grade must be close to zero. Surely this is just to help the guy get his life on the right track

Great player when he was committed to trying.
His weight loss is due to ozempic and not hard training.

Even if this is all it is, there really is no down side to this one. He is not on a top 30 contract, not wanting any money (but of course will get some), just happy to play cup, maybe gets his life back on track. And if we are a part of that process then great news story for Wests Tigers. Benji has time and time again impressed on players and anyone who will listen we are a family oriented club, Josh Schuster has just joined the WT Family.

@joel I don’t understand the junior tupou signing. He was let go by the dolphins and now the roosters don’t want him. Someone like James Schiller would be better.
