Only thing I can say is thank goodness Maguire is gone. Three and a half wasted years. Each year we have gotten worse - 9th, 11th, 13th and probably dead last this year.
Bewilders me that so many still wanted to keep him. To each their own I suppose.
I'll be asleep before the pod starts...10 45 over here but what i would like is one question answered.
How the hell are we going to attract any quality players now we have said we are a development club and this is a 3 to 5 year project? Surely this is counter productive to being able to recuit good/quality players? Imagine telling Angus Creighton well we have a plan to be competive in 3 to 5 years...he would be out of the coffee shop half way thru his coffee.
If you are a quality player surely you want to be competive and not be a nanny for the kids for the next 3 years.
