After interviewing Stefano at the Ambush Event on the weekend, we have also managed to organise another interview with him for the Wests Tigers Podcast. In memory of Geoff Chisholm (1965-2022)
Garry, there was talk early last year about our current group of players making some sort of a pact to stay together and make the Wests Tigers strong. I know Shawn Blore was one of them.
I know we have had a few injuries, Blore being one of them but with Luciano and now Thelma leaving next year it seems it is a hollow pact.

"Stefano, Along with so many Tigers fans I believe you're not far away from playing representative football. What areas of your play are you and WT Coaches working on to make sure you maximise your chances to play rep footy? (eg. off loads) If you make a national team would it be Australia or NZ?"

Awesome question mate, it came in after I spoke to Stefano but it is a question I had asked him.

I know and Im very grateful for it. Im joking and being facetious but if Im being honest I actually feel a bit sorry for the likes of Stef during the first 5 rounds when we look hopeless and guys like this have made a huge commitment placing their career in the hands of our club. There is a responsibility.
We are incredibly lucky to have him and I hope the club can make it worth it for him.
