It’s crazy that we are talking about moving Sullivan on after 10 rounds into a 4 year contract. It just shows what poor decisions this club has made for years.

(for the record Sullivan has been overall terrible and was always a roll the dice signing)

sullivan has underperformed and is now superfluous given emergence of Galvin and signing of Luai. I am confident the new regime can do the deal to move him on.

If his position is 2nd or 3rd string halfback, IMO he is performing well. The only problem is the money we are paying him. His performance on the weekend was pretty good for a back up half, but he is getting paid first grade money.

I think we're all getting a little impatient with the current team. Sullivan's future as a player is not set in stone, despite what we may think after seeing him in about 5 first-grade games. If that's all it takes to judge a career, Tim Smith is an Immortal. I'd still rather him than Jack Cogger.

Generally, I'm convinced we could sign Bennett to coach, Phil Gould to look after pathways and install Nick Politis as head of the board and people still wouldn't be happy if we didn't get off to a 5 - 0 start. The club is going in the right direction. Settle down and try to enjoy the ride.

WT have offered Adam Doueihi a one year extension worth around $150,000 for 2025. His current one year deal was for around $750,000 (100% Footy)

I can't imagine Doueihi has many offers being thrown at him, given his injury record. Poor guy.

I wonder what position Benji and co see him as, centre?

Oh god, we never learn. Cut him adrift.

I disagree. Our squad is still full of kids. The guy isn’t a half but for min wage you take him no brainer. It’s exactly what a roosters or storm will end up doing

Agree 100%... and I believe he should show the loyalty Wests Tigers has shown in him by standing by him throughout all the injuries and just sign on... I doubt he would have many other offers at this stage... even if we went to $200k max. would still be a good signing.

I have always thought he is a good centre, only played 5/8 because we have no one else.

AD is a good player when fit and can run the ball but I don’t know where to play him. He does have talent but lacks the speed to play in the backs and I doubt he would cope with the defensive workload in the forwards. Maybe he can reinvent himself to become a 14.

He can get in line at that position as well. At full strength both Latu & Bud are probably ahead of him.

Remember the whole “pick me at 6 or pick me in reserve grade”. His ego writes cheques his talent can’t cash.

We’d be the only club he could make demands like that and not be shown the door

Through some people I know I have been hearing positive things about AD's focus on rehab and getting himself right to come back stronger. I was keen for him to get a run in the back half of this year to see where he is at and then we look at an extension (or not), if in the meantime he signs with someone else, well then so be it. I doubt he will be playing in the halves and I think his best position is centre, however if he still thinks he is a half than there is the door, having said that, if we offload Bud and AD kills it when he comes back than he could make a very handy centre/utility player, can cover 6, 7, 3, 4 and potentially 13. The only reason I have now gone sour on him is someone leaked that "offer" and it looks like the club is watertight, so it has to be him or a family member, now that has really pissed me off. The good thing is that Richo should find out who it was and I'm pretty sure he will not cop it.
