A team running last every year will not be able to maintain a strong supporter base. Young people don't want to go for the Tigers. My 4 year old goes for the Dolphins and whoever the Tigers are playing. We're a loser club - kids don't want to go for losers.

Absolute rubbish. The reason Brooks and our side cant score points is they have been too structured and easily defended, throw in Wakeham as well.
No its because we have zero structures and we are throwing men at the line, one on one without stripping numbers with decoy runners and block plays.

Walsh is a classic example of how to break up structured defense.
Agreed. When you watch Walsh inside the opposition 20 or 30, watch Brisbanes 2RF and centres and watch where Walsh's passes are going. Brisbanes attack is 100% structures in the opposition 20. They are great at it and they all know where to be. Watch how many times Walsh throws that harbour bridge pass to the winger after the 2RF and centre have dragged the defence in.

I reckon next year it starts to bite. I expect our crowds to bite it next year with a flow decline in membership revenue etc. I think we have hit that critical mass for failure.

@tiger5150 I agree with you 100%. I definitely won’t be renewing. This year was the first year I bought no supporter gear. I’m sure there are a lot of others thinking the same way.

If You give a guy full control of the team, roster, recruitment and performance then that person must take full responsibility for the outcome.
Results on all fronts …. where are they. This years Team roster is significantly better than last years but where are the wins or even improvements.
The recruitment retention decisions Sheens made, particularly around the half’s remain a mystery and are just plain stupid. And please don’t tell me that that’s on the Board.I applaud the decision …. in my past working life with organisations that received rubbish results like that from an appointed executive leave them with only one choice ….. remove the problem.
What about the guys that appointed him 12 months ago with the 5 year plan only to start tearing it up 6 months in. That is the problem, they need to go as well.

Yes, it would be hilarious. But that assumes Manly are as stupid as WT in even thinking Sheens has any answers at all in terms of a leading role in contemporary NRL. I don't, for a millisecond, believe they are.@tiger5150 After Fulton was brought in and McDonnell departed, it was pretty obvious that there were issues. Whether it came from Lee, Pascoe, Benji, or all three, we'll probably never know. The hilarious thing now would be if Sheens took a Head of Football role at Manly.
Mate, you shouldn't suggest that all WT fans/members see this as a "punch in the guts". I think it's fantastic that Sheens (and McDonnell before him ) are gone. Now get rid of Furner and Lambkin.
