@cloudyglock Good evening Cloudy,am rather curious if you have any association,or recollection of a contributor to Wests Forum calling himself “Smoking Gun”? When there was drama afoot or big news about to break, you could expect Smoking Gun to weigh in.Just curious that’s all.

I was always partial to Nug Gnikoms.
All this innuendo is BS, nothing has moved for months and months despite all the talk and predictions. Wake me up please after the news is verified, not before.
@avocadoontoast that’s a good point ! 💯 correct.
The issue in the past which has us thinking like that , is the off field was so bad , it needed fixing as much as the on field .
For people who may be high up managers or run large businesses does anyone actually know how a CEO can drive and affect results at a team based level ?
Genuine question . Like what can be put in place to drive those standards , that differs from the team itself driving internally .
💯 genuine question. ?

I'm not one of those things, well not really, but I work in an Regulation type role and have talks with upper levels about their performance and culture at times. And I've seen Managers try to change a culture.
It's not easy to do.
From what I've seen, you need to communicate the standards you want displayed, so the actual staff know, then you have to embody them yourself and then you really need to stick to the course, because it'll take some time.
I struggle to see how Lee could do it to be honest. But maybe his persona behind the scenes is very different to his public one.

I'm ok with this. I think 5 years is a mistake and at least now I can keep enjoying hating him.
I’m glad ….. now we can focus on more reasonable way to spend our money.Telegraph reporting Moses to re-sign with Parra. 5 year deal.
Moses deal announced. 5 years on big coin is a risk. On to plan Z for us
So who do they chase now?
@forever-9th There’s really not that much out there except George Williams or taking a punt on a rookie.

Though these guys haven't had the most concrete mail in the past
lol
So nice to be able to keep disliking Slimy Fart and not have to deal with the potential cognitive dissonance of having to overlook how much I hated the bloke until he slipped his Tigers jersey back on.
Also I can now completely enjoy the Eels trainwreck without having any back-of-mind concerns of the form of potential Tigers signings.
