Bringing back Tedesco in 2025 would be a terrible move imo. I'd rather give Bula a shot and spend the money improving the rest of our backline.

If he’s not good enough for them, he’s not good enough for us.

Agree! If Bula is as good as being touted, he'll just about be ready for NRL anyway and Tedesco would just block him because Teddy won't be signing for just a year or two.

Fox reporting Roosters may have to let Teddy go in 2025 in order to keep Sualii and that we are interested in bringing him back. Teddy will be 32 then. No thanks from me.

I don’t think it’d happen simply because I think they’re putting their hopes into a few of the younger guys. But 32 isn’t  past it these days. Billy Slater was still very, very good winning a GF at 34 & making a GF at 35. What those kind of players can add to a young team at that age can be priceless.

Experienced plays can help the younger ones but that approach doesn’t seem to work for us. Tamou was brought in for that job but he wasn’t much chop.

looks like Gus has been caught out and the NRL are including Josh Jackson in bulldogs cap. Rightly so.

Just like Farah, we copped a multi year cap penalty for a job Farah never took, and Jackson was tapped on the shoulder as well to create cap space, Gus is a liar, and tries to paint himself as some kind of saviour whilst bagging the media. The media could if they wanted to, call Gus out on the many lies he has told just in the past 12 months alone, but they don't, much like the Roosters salary cap, they just leave it alone

Farah did take up the role.

Dismissing the Australian captain on the account of a guy that's played one NSW cup game is a bit of a stretch - let's see where we're at come November.

Tamou isn't a very fair comparison either. His best days were very much behind him, whereas Tedesco is still probably a top 5 player in the competition.

2025 is obviously a very long way off for all parties, but there's no harm in keeping in touch with the situation should it make sense for us in the future.

Tedesco is in the elite class and probably still will be next year, Jimmy Tamou was a decent, experienced prop when he left Penrith so it’s a little different. Tedesco also plays in an important spine position. Now, as I posted before I think the Tigers have other plans anyway (Bula at present) so I very much doubt any return to this club for Tedesco. But a few other clubs would be keen, the Dolphins perhaps, the Sharks possibly given Fitzgibbon’s relationship with him, the Dragons maybe.

The media pressure on Moses “to make a decision” from fox pundits smells like faeces to me .
Buzz last week on their very first episode was laying it on thick , and so was Kent . Lent was trying to act smug and coy , but he betrayed a sense of desperation in his voice .
Whilst I agree the obvious answer is leveraging Parra for more money , I also think the news hype train “to make a decision” has really has ratcheted up since the Chammas article . And it’s news limited . With a real vested interest in keeping the tigers down , I mean for the obvious click bait reasons , but a big one the absolute zero press coverage they get here .
could you imagine if we were the best team in the league , with the current climate and how frosty it is between our club and that organisation.
I dunno.
Maybe it’s as simple as mates looking after mates .
But once again I smell garbage from that cesspool of a blight on humanity .

Thank God we didn't sign Ramien. He is the dumbest footballer in the NRL

Yet he was instrumental in the Sharks' win while the showpony Moses has guided the Slimes to another defeat.

I'd love WT to tell him that the contract offer no longer exists; we wish you well for your future at the Eels.

The longer this drags the more I think he’s coming and I think it could even be this season.

Really? Ramien did everything he could to try and lose that game. Shocking player.

it does seem to be playing into our hands. There seems less likelihood now that Moses will get the 5th year out of the eels which he clearly wants. If Eels were to budge it would have been before the season and 2 losses. Highly doubt it happens for this season but he need to inform the Eels in the next couple of months whether he is activating his option for next year so there is a decision point coming up.

Watching Moses look like a 12 year old kid crying to the playground teacher made me sick. I really don't want him.

He’s still a child…

Moses has been known to tank before to get out of a contract early…

Just saying…
