If Nu Brown leaving is accurate I assume we mustn't have made an offer. Would be pretty embarrassing if we can't hang on to our second stringers.

I think he’s seen as surplus to requirements with Api and Simpkin around.

@jedi-tiger Actually if you check their 2023 roster is pretty skinny. They have lots of current players in departure lounge.

Dragons are set to make a big for David Fifita

A pack like this would look good
8. Stef
9. Api
10. Joffa
11. Papali
12. D Fifita
13. Hastings

7. Brooks
6. Laurie
5. Ken M
4. Naden
3. Douhie
2. Nofo
1. Staines

Yeah I reckon that's the case too. I have no issues with him moving on.

@The_Pom said we made a fair offer to him. I assume Bulldogs offer is more. @Jedi_Tiger, even with Bulldogs beating our offer, I cant imagine he is on much.

Agreed. IMO Rua will player a similar role as we would have had Nu Brown playing (utility at 9 & 13) although Nu had better utility as a potential 7, 6, 4.

IMO This club has had too many "utilities" for the last 6 - 10 years.

We’ve had enough Nu Brown’s. we need more Dylan Brown’s.

I actually think we are a chance of jagging a D Brown or Moses. I dont think that Parra can carry them both going forward. Reports that if Parra win it triggers a $1M Contract for Moses. Not sure that he is worth that, but it would put pressure on them.

I genuinely hope they get flogged this week

I’d be thrilled with Moses and/or Brown. Very few halfbacks playing better than Moses at the moment.

Im sure Im in the minority but I'd be very excited about a Moses/Brooks combo. They at least know each other very well and I hesitate to say this as its been said many times before......but he might bring the best out of Brooks.

From the Weststiger forum

The poster Tigerballs is normally ok with his mail

I heard third hand today that a WT sponsor was working on a mega TPA for Munster. I can't vouch for the original source but the bloke who told me is in the know. Anyway, he reckons we'll know by Wednesday so I guess we don't have to wait too long to see if it's BS.
