@joel I disagree had enough of losing , Brown gives you nothing a couple of hard runs of the back fence and that’s it . If the club does not sign a couple of aggressive types in the forwards that can play decent minutes next season will be ground hog day because you are not playing any longer than 60 mins a game once again . Honestly I can not believe anyone would want Brown but that’s my opinion !
Oh look I’m not saying it’s ideal, but I’d take him over Bird for next year.

Shows plenty of aggression in both the videos but not sure he won the fight or the collision in either. Definitely would bring some positive approach to attack and defence but discipline may be a problem. He probably had more game time than Bird this season though, he's not broken like Bird is he?
I suspect the media doesn’t really know for sure what will happen. Player managers like to get news out to make their clients look better & that news can be embellished. Under Richo most signings have come without much reporting if any so best just to wait for news from the club these days. The Rabbitohs are reportedly eyeing Storm forward Tui Kamikamica as a potential signing for 2026
🔹 Kamikamica is off-contract and has turned down an offer from Super League side St Helens
🔹 The Storm can only offer a minimum deal due to salary cap pressure
🔹 Souths have emerged as a leading contender, but would need to move a player to fit him in
🔹 The 31-year-old Fijian international is open to staying in the NRL (DT)
what on earth are we doing…..
Either we are working on this quietly in the background, or Richo/Benji's idea of roster management doesn't align with ours... hopefully the former!
Melbourne have announced Nelson Asofa-Solomona has been released from the final two years of his contract to explore “opportunities and new challenges”.
Now the focus reverts back to Ryan Papenhuyzen’s future with the rebel rugby competition in hot pursuit.
im guessing this means he’s leaving the NRL

- NAS is an interesting one. Middles are becoming more mobile & he isn’t. Yet he’s a genuine game changer, can change it positively (& negatively) like few middles can. If I’m an already successful club I wouldn’t entertain the idea of him joining but for a club like Wests Tigers I could understand it. He’d bring a presence, he’d give confidence to those around him. There’s not a great deal of physicality (yes Joel) about the Tigers pack but he’s add a bit. I’m sure he knows he has to be better in terms of his game, his tackling technique in particular, still a risk but something he’d know he has to fix. I think Richo would like one more big name signing, a game changer & perhaps this is an opportunity. I’m sure we’d all like Haas or Tino or Koloamatangi but are any of them at all possible for us? If NAS is looking at staying in the NRL maybe a club like ours would benefit most.

Agree 100% with this.
Melbourne dont loose or get rid of players for no reason.
They're a very smart club that is extremely well coached.
NAS isn't worth more to us than Terrell in terms of $$%
Justin Olam was busted.
Yeah, nah to NAS
Adding NAS to our team would help us beat the teams we should be beating, sounds odd, however this has been a problem for us in the past. We lose momentum in the middle for periods and get dominated. I don't think he would make a big difference getting us wins over better sides as he is a bit of a flat track bully. If we could get him at around the $600k mark for 2 years I think that would be good business.
Prop Bunty Afoa from NZ Warriors signs to WT for 1 season.

We wanted a prop. Interesting choice considering his age, but definitely has some size and experience.

Well it's now been revealed... Bunty Afoa heading our way (club email)
I like the Bunty signing, hopefully he can be a but more consistent than Royce has been for us so far.
Good stable of Samoan props going.
