@forever-9th

Agree! I’d be happy with NAS, Fifita & Taylan May. I think they’d complete us nicely.

Train and trial for Taylan is good business. Unfortunately AD is too slow and turns like a container ship. Needs to move 11, 12 or more likely 13.

apparently there is a ‘suggestion’ it has to be 3 ‘ruck’ infringements and thus doesn’t include off side six agains

Chances of Taylan May coming straight into first grade??

Depends on how fit he has kept himself I guess.

Just looking at him (Taylan) he seems to have kept himself in shape, quite lean looking and has continued training whilst not playing (according to commentary I have heard from Terell on his various social media platforms) you would also expect he ramped things up when he knew he was coming back, so hopefully he is not that far off getting on the field in NSW Cup, it should be fairly obvious if he has the goods to step up into first grade. On the subject of AD, from what I can see he is hesitating to hit the line at pace, always stops and leans into the defenders with his upper body as though he is protecting his knees. His first game back last season he looked like a star and was running fearlessly, he must have copped a few knocks and is feeling it now (Benji did "rest" him at the back end of last season citing his knee being tender) or it was damaged to the point that now a recurrence is playing on his mind...this is problematic when we talk about him as a 13, if he can't confidently run into contact in the centres, he is not doing it in the middle.

I would like to think that we wouldn’t have signed him if he was a mile away from being able to play at least NSW Cup 🤞

Re Doueihi, I just don’t know where he ends up.
