I have been a member for around 9 years.
Always non-ticketed as I have moved around and not lived in Sydney in that time.
I found the naming changes of the different membership packs confusing. I had the "Club" membership, which is now the "Wests Tigers Membership." They also brought in a "Rural membership," which is the same as the "Wests Tigers Membership" but has a different description. I had to get one of the staff to look into it, as they were also confused.
I then decided to purchase the "digital membership" and "Cub membership" (for our new baby) in October. I received the link for the Kayo subscription but have not heard anything else from them about either membership.
I also do not have access to the members-only store.
I fail to see this as a ticketek issue as there are no tickets...
I abandoned my multiple platinum memberships of 10+ years when Sheens was empowered to sack Maguire and then appointed himself as coach. That was enough of WT BS for me. I am yet to even think about re-joining as a member.
The Admin section of WT was clunky then but it sounds downright dysfunctional now. It's obscene that a long-standing member such as @Jedi-Tiger (and, no doubt others) could be in the position that they are in with regards to 2025 membership and ticketing information as the season fast approaches.
If it's a Tiketek issue then other clubs will be in the same situation?
I assume each affected member has been personally contacted by O'Farrell and Richardson to explain the delay, in a proactive display of leadership and member appreciation?
I have been to almost no games in 10 years based on my extreme disillusion with the direction inflicted on the Team and us fans by the failed previous regime.
Based on the direction of the club under Benji / Richo, I am open financially supporting the club again soon. This is more than instant Gratification and winning a few games in 2025.
I am looking at Stategy, Stability and no more abject stupidity.
Price point is very important also.

I'd love to take peoples 2025 membership renewal experiences to the Fans Representative Group and then on to the club. If you're willing, please write a few sentences stating how long you've been a member, your membership type and your experience in renewing or purchasing for 2025. Positive and negative experiences valid. I'll then collate and pass on people's comments to the FRG and then the club. I'll leave names off - just keen to relay the purchase/renewal experience

I would have to check my cap collection but would say around 17+yrs mainly as an out-of-town member. I did have a couple or three seasons on minimal ticketed to start with, but sometimes I couldn't use them so went non-ticketed after that and I purchase tickets for games closest to me such as Canberra and Wollongong, occasionally Sydney. And I missed membership one season in that time for some reason.
This year my renewal all went smoothly and quickly but what could be easier than non-ticketed?
Also received a second digital membership card email today!
