There goes any increase to the membership base …. not real good business . Any way over it ! Throw the club a $65 membership for 2 . This is not a smart move … Just so over the club wanting multiple homes grounds and realistically that money is not going to do that much in the current pric ing structure in the building industry!

Totally agree. I paid the same amount for tickets at LO today as I did at Allianz last week but there is no comparison to the standard of amenities and facilities. From the original CSS $100mm proposal. Looks like they have the money for stage 1:
The proposed expansion would be achieved over two stages.
Stage 1: $50 million to increase capacity to around 21,000, extend and fit out the Western Grandstand (+4,000 undercover seats), add 500 corporate seats, construct new changerooms (male and female), and install new food and beverage concessions.
Stage 2: $50 million to fit out the Eastern Grandstand (+3,000 undercover seats), add 300 corporate hospitality seats, install new concessions, upgrade LED stadium lighting and field signage, and improve patron amenities across both sides.
@joel I do not understand .. Richo has stated on numerous occasions that he can not make money at these stadiums . What does a slap and tickle with remodelling do to that equation ? IMO this not is a Richardson decision he is a big thinker this puts the handbrake on the club for the future . The money is in premium memberships and corporates they have just thrown that away!

@tigertownsfs So for stage one it will be $150 million as nothing is built for the contracted price .. for that amount of work that’s probably about right .. they have $50 million ! So it’s looking a bit shady from the get go .
