This is all good and probably deserved praise but we must be very wary if/ when Gus Gould comes out and says the Bulldogs are not interested in him. Can't fall for that one twice. 😕

It’s interesting how the club has pigeoned holed itself when marketing the big fella…. As the old term was when a generational player comes along it’s about the draw card for the fans putting bums on seats. As the suburban grounds have limited occupancy that reality will not be achieved ! An opportunity missed !
He looked completely at ease when having dinner at a Liverpool hotel bistro last night, 22/2. Just a part of the family gathering, and so good to see. I think I may have been the only one who recognised him (he kept his olive green cap on inside) but his very distinctive facial features and being built like a brick out-house for one so young gave it away. i didn't intrude as it was clearly a family gathering. But, I suspect those times when he can completely escape fan attention are likely to end pretty soon.
