That makes sense considering this list, to which you can add Pat Carrigan via suspension.

Despite their woes, we still need to contain Haas - that bloke is unbelievable.

Strangely, I hope that Jerome is not fit this weekend. Halves returning for other teams in recent times have shown that it can disrupt a winning combination and set the team backwards, at least initially. At the least, I hope they are not rushing him back if not 100%.

And if Jerome is 100%, I'd rest AD and let him get back to his best physically.

Same goes for Tiny because he needs to be absolutely 100% otherwise risking a re-injury when it comes to shoulders... Hopefully Turuva, Tino and Luke L are all fit.

Twal will make that his mission stop Haas

The back 5 look very stro g with our wingers both in place and having Taylan back in the centres pairing with the surprise packet Herbert.

Great to see that Samuela and Turuva are not injured too.

Not sure if we have enough size on the bench and see Luke as cover for an injury in the backs and will probably not play. Maybe Latu goes on for Twal at some point but Twal joins the prop rotation as well.

Not sure if we have enough size on the bench

I’d be using Bunty.

Perhaps Luke is cover for Taylan until captains run. Otherwise I'd take a risk with the backs and have Bunty or Sukkar in.

Whatever transpires between now and Saturday, it is a great position for WT to be in. Any of those combinations mentioned so far will do a good job.

Credit must be given to Marshall in how he has developed such a settled, team-focused squad, including his assistants.  I had my doubts, but he is proving me wrong, and I'm so pleased he is.

Skelton looks to have paid the price for his brainsnap!

Shows the quality of depth and competition for positions that we have now that we can replace a player who makes a poor decision like that. It also shows the change of standards and expectations that the Tigers speak of this year.

Broncos have never lost at Campbelltown against Wests Tigers. Closest we got was the Rnd 1 draw back in 2000.

We’ve ended a few hoodoos recently, maybe this is the next?

Benji Marshall has revealed that Samuela Fainu is not confirmed to play after picking up a knee injury in last week’s match. “He’s okay, he will train today, but we will give right up until kick-off to see if he’s right or not,” Marshall said on Thursday. Marshall has also elected to push the in-formJock Madden to the bench to accommodate the returning Jarome Luai. While he ultimately believes it’s a fair call, NRL legend Gorden Tallis would have liked to see Madden keep his spot in the halves. “I don’t think there’s a wrong call. Luai is their best player. I just thought because his running game is so good, there was an opportunity to move Adam Doueihi to centre and play Luai and Madden in the halves,” Tallis said on NRL 360.
