Can we work out of the 11 rounds who has played hooker for each round. It’s been such a roundabout position for us. With Liddle possibly missing next week, is there any chance that Nu Brown starts . I can’t remember whether Simpkin is out injured or HIA protocol.

Rd 3-5 Liddle

Rd 6 Simpkin

Rd 7-8  Liddle

Rd 9 Simpkin

Rd 10-11 Liddle

Both have had H I A's in various rounds Round 6 Simpkin leg injury.. Simpkin due  back from H I A round 9..

Those changes to the wing and centre are remarkable. 

Slowly getting some troops back in the outside backs. When we are at full strength what's everyone's 1-5. Who misses out? Good position to be in to have options, however I would hate to be the one making the decision. 

Fullback - Laurie, Starford, Doueihi 

Centre - AJ, Starford, Doueihi, Naden

Wing - Kenny, Starford, Nofo 

Peach, Brown and Madden fighting for utility.. 

I know AD is a big chance at 5/8, especially if Brooks is still out.

1st half, Tigers brilliant - Dogs awful!
2nd half - Dogs finally woke up, sin bin harsh on Jacko. MOST pleasing thing to see was how we closed the game off. No panic stations like the Tigers of old!

Brown - brilliant on his return! Our new No.9 for 2022? Where does he fit in 2023 when Api arrives?

IMPROVEMENT

Starting to get some troops back .. injuries have played a huge part no one can doubt that.. tough start to the year.. The younger guys are getting valuable experience..

The back half of the season from Origin onwards will tell the story for mine on improvement..

If we play with the same intensity and effort we have displayed in the majority of games so far this year with a healthier Roster I expect more wins than losses ..

Will it be enough to force us into the 8 at a minimum ..not sure.. Will it bode well for 2023 I think so..
