there was a quote in the SMH yesterday I think in the Chammas article which said that Furner was on the nose because his defence training 'was too detailed."Funer is definitely good value and doing a pretty good job as defensive coach. I’d keep him. I agree, Morris is probably the type to bring on to support Benji.@garry in saying all of the above , I’d keep Furner , even though the rumour is he can be a grumpy old bugger , and has put Robbie offside . (Probably not even a thing , just strong personalities clashing). Because he offers something even though he’s probably not angling for a first grade gig .
I think Furner , Robbie , Morris and Benji is about as good of a lineup as you would want in a support staff for Benji .

I found that to be pretty bizarre because I think there is plenty of evidence to suggest he has some good ideas. I hope he stays on.
I would rather see Tasi James get his spot for 2023Just wanted to put out some love for Alex Seyfarth. The try he scored was pure desire, grit, and determination.
Matamua also plays a similar role to Seyfarth and is not getting enough game time IMO.
Eddie described Seyfarth as a plodder and it's not an unfair description.
