Kimmorley coaching, no.
Sheens re football management, no.
Board re executive management, no.
Pascoe financially, yes. I think he has little, if anything, to do with the football team. Having said that, I'm not against a total clean out but we'd be starting the rebuild from scratch - again.
Allowing Teflon Tim anywhere near this club again after the absolute mess and dire straits he left WestsTigers in before slinking off to the UK, is just another example of how incompetent and out of touch the numpties running the club really are and just proves they have absolutely no idea what their doing.
@tigerlily I agree with your sentiments about Sheens , he will have to wear this abomination that this coaching debacle has become , I do not understand why he was brought back seems not to be working out to well once again ! Not to many runs on the board so far ..

@snake it would be nice to think at some point we can just get through a year of football without all all drama.
Surely the good times will come. 🥴
Sheens says we have 400,000 fans. The nrl gives the club 120% of the salary cap each year and Wests another $3m. The federal, state and local governments gift us $79m to build a COE.
given all the above can someone please explain to me how Pascoe is a “financial genius”. It strikes me that it is hard not to make money given this starting point. Perhaps Pascoe is really a fraud.

balmain that have no say, they are a waste of space. Together they lost a leagues club an in turn one half of the JV football club
That leaves the failure that is Magpies steering the ship,
Together the JV is a marriage in failure on the field and in the boardroom
God help us

I don't know how anyone can judge financially what has happened the last 2 seasons with Covid and everyone else that has happened

If this club doesnt turn around its on field success in the next 3 years, the "finances" will dry up.

I was once told that everything is my fault so will take the blame lol
In memory of Geoff Chisholm (1965-2022)
As I understand, the club required a loan from the NRL in 2014. So it should be applauded for its ability to become financially sustainable since then.
However, the club brand and lack of onfield success requires accountability in the boardroom and the head office.
The wests tigers is a professional sporting club. Surely, the main goal for any professional sporting organisation is on-field success. Thereafter, off field commercial success associated with the brand, merchandise, memberships and sponsorships should follow.
it is a wonder we have managed the latter in light of the lack of onfield success.
Our missing ingredient, in my opinion, is a hard nosed CEO who negotiates aggressively, keeps club business confidential and puts the board and football department in its place.
