@helmesy looks like he had a night out on the beers and the sprint training isn’t sitting well with him. That’s a pre-vom pic if ever I’ve seen one.

Is that Heighington in the background at around 52s?
Ah yes I was looking at the wrong figure
He's there at 41s
@dirty-reds Heighno is working full time with the squad. Was at Members Day BBQ yesterday looking very fit

I think I read he’s an assistant with the NSW cup team.
Great to have him back, he should have played his whole career here.

Yes, assistant coach for NSW Cup, may get a bigger role when Benji takes over.

I'm not sure that's a good thing. As a player Heighno was whole-hearted but limited. Gave his best. That doesn't make him am asset in a coaching role. And, if his ABC radio efforts are anything to go by, he's no orator either. The whole "return to the glory days" strategy with appointments such as Sheens, Marshall, Farah and, supposedly, Heighington, reeks of a club with no real idea of how to be more competitive.@dirty-reds Heighno is working full time with the squad. To be honest I think that is a bit harsh on Chris, he has been involved in the career of multiple surfers, including World Champions and runs his own sports performance business. I think he probably has something to add, especially in the areas of preparation and training. This is the blurb about his business on its Webpage.

Tuki looking like his finally lost that baby fat and toned up some.
Hopefully he realises his potential this coming season and puts in the hard work to push into the top 17. 🐅
