Api god bless him is a great follower and a shit leader. His form this year and last has been poor. God knows how/why he was picked for his state. I’m hoping the new signing not only takes the leadership off him but starting position.Api appeared on Freddy & the Eighth podcast this week.
He made a telling point.
Koroisau, 33, admits it’s been a test of his leadership skills to keep the team together amid the turmoil.
“We have quite a young crew and my leadership at the time (of the Luai announcement) probably needed to be better, should have dragged these young guys along,” he said on Nine’s Freddy and the Eighth.
“I’ve been there now for four years, and I’ve been trying to change the standards myself. Showing more accountability and discipline, understanding that my role as a leader is more important now than ever.
It made me think - its clear the team needs more experience.

If Jayden Brailey joins the club (as is rumoured strongly) we would be up to 23 players.
I have left off Tino Tavana who I think is development only for 2027.
We need to have 24 contracts registered by 1 Nov 2026 and then by 1 March 2027 we need to have 29 contracts.
Just when I think Ive seen the worst take on this forum by a fan, another clueless opinion comes along to knock me over. Unbelievable.
Don’t let Nick read this about his golf buddy!

@joel maybe he should be playing more golf ⛳️ 🤷♂️.. Api that is
But then he could play more with Nick though🤣

I’m just glad for Nick’s sake that the WTs peaked after their golf game and the crash didn’t come to well after.
That only leaves one thing to blame - my finals countdown!

No Mercy, posts that have zero connection to reality on what happens on the match day field or training paddock are clueless, by definition....sans clue
Arrogant beyond belief.
No mirrors at chateau de Mercy?
I was just thinking the other day Joel, that you were the cause of our decline. 😂😂😂😂@joel maybe he should be playing more golf ⛳️ 🤷♂️.. Api that is

@mike ‘eight slash seventeen’ didn’t seem so hard back then…2/13 currently 😳
@tiger5150 you don't see belittling a fellow contributor's comment as lacking in "connection to reality" as arrogant? So, reality only exists by your parameters? That's the height of arrogance, in my view.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion, hopefully expressed more courteously than your take down of @teddy_s.

No noting that a post is measurably lacking in connection to reality is not arrogant, its called telling the truth. Api has been consistent top 3 best on park since he came here including THIS season, and this was rewarded by selection THIS YEAR for SoO. Api is the second highest ranked Tigers player (behind Bula) in the Dally M leaderboard. Any comment calling for the removal of the SoO selected hooker is objectively not connected to the reality of what goes on on the field let alone what Api does off the field. Not arrogant, factual.
So, reality only exists by your parameters? That's the height of arrogance, in my view.
no reality exists on its own and is defined by shared experience such as the experience of anyone watching a Tigers games, including me, Teddy, the SoO selectors, the Dally M judges....(one of these things is not like the others and might be disconnected).
Ignoring reality is ignorance not arrogance.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion, hopefully expressed more courteously than your take down of @teddy_s.
Mercy, serious question. When you decide to be the white knight of the forum, what are the parameters you use to decide when you will ride on and administer justice. Is it based on the opinion or the poster?
@tiger5150 I don't propose to be the white knight of anything and, if I did, it would not be for anything trivial like this forum, where we are all, including you, offering opinions. I just rail against the belittling of others who offer those opinions, such as you did, in your "clueless" comment. You could have ignored it but you chose not to and denigrated a fellow opinion contributor in @Teddy_S. That's reality.

So calling my opinion "arrogant" is good.
Calling Teddy's opinion "clueless" bad.
Gotcha
