Practical experience for Madden, maybe a player in return CHN perhaps?

Being called the next Taumalolo .....you wouldn't think anyone would be letting him go on that assessment

Look how it has helped Momirovski ....seen more clubs than the Village People ...thought I'd use a band you know well ...
Taukieaho would be good signing if the price was right .....

True, but Sharks just might not have the $s we do to offer him.

To lure Franklin Pele to the WTs we are paying pretty substantial overs,much in the same way we got Stefano from Parra.
Conversely,the Roosters and Storm,with all the money and corporate sway,ironically pay big unders.
Where we stand I’d be pretty stoked if we attained his signature,but it’d come at an inflated rate so I’d defer to Sheens and WTs brains trust on this one,as we have some very handy juniors coming on.All part of the ever shifting puzzle!
Pele would help us build the pack we need for the modern game, so I'd pay some overs. Not ridiculous though.

Then we pinch Taukieaho from the Roosters ...goal kicking prop who plays big minutes ....
Pele named by the NRL as a ‘Rookie to Watch’ in 2022.
If the highlights from the trials are anything to go by, Sharks rookie Franklin Pele is in for a big year after a foot injury hampered most of his 2021 season. The New Zealand-born front-rower, who moved to Australia at a young age, has come through the Sharks development system. He was named in the Australian Schoolboys side in 2018 alongside the likes of Bradman Best, Stephen Crichton and Tom Dearden.

How do we rank Pele against the other young forwards? eg Pole
@canberratiger Pele would have the size advantage and is a bit older but I think Pole is more mobile with a little bit more footwork. Hard to compare at the moment because Pole only played a few games of state cup last year where as it looks like Pele is ready for NRL now.
@declan Player manager fomentation perhaps......
