I don’t think the Eels just dreamed up a fullback change - there was always someone they had on the hook imo.

The Eels full back thing doesn't make any sense to me. Gutherston is easily in the top five full backs in the comp and there is no chance of them landing any of the ones above him.
The only thing that seems remotely possible is they're trying to force him to ask for a release for cap reasons.

Agree - was surprised the initial report didn't include any names - I was hoping to see some names of interest for us!
As it is, Campbell is a good player, but I think his long-term role will be #14 rather than a starting #1 for a strong team.
