I agree we want culture change and players to intrinsically want to be at Tigers because it’s a good club but until then we need extrinsic measures tsp throw the chequebook at him to stop him from winning comps for rorters or storm or dolphins etc etc

We need to be able to sell him on the future of the club though as well, he knows the club and if he can't buy in than what hope do we have left?

Not happy about the response we got from the club regarding the re-signing of Stefano as mentioned by Steve in the latest edition of the podcast.
The longer this goes on the more you have to think something is going on that might not be good news for us.
I'm happy to give them to the start of the season but this is a signing that they must get over the line.

Yeah could be, I think this is a must get signing and would be willing to push his value up anyway right now.

Gould confirmed on Twitter that the Dogs are signing Hoffman. I would be surprised if they didn’t just leave the 30th spot unfilled until June 30th in case something comes up.

Completely agree. He looked slow and bog average on the wing and he seems to have bulked up massively. I assumed he was headed into the back row.
A few positives form me
It at least feels like we have a plan and are strategically shaping our roster
The last few moves have come without lots of talk from club or media
I have a feeling there's a stronger team working together at a coaching/administration perspective. (Said with no inside knowledge, more external perception). But that perception can actually be a big factor in attracting talent to club.
