A detailed post, but nothing more than speculation on your part. Maybe I don't understand what forums such as this are for. That and not enjoying the type of footy he was being asked to play. Seems there’ll be more free rein given now. I think Benji wasn’t too happy either with Madge’s methods. I also think the criticism does take a toll to some extent although he’s not the type to use that as an excuse. Pretty sure Benji would’ve also spoken to him about that seeing as Benji had some experience of it as well. This is off topic but I watched the “Ask the Boss” interview yesterday and found it interesting. First time I’ve seen Justin look so relaxed in an interview, seem to enjoy the obvious rapport he has with Brooksy. I was taken aback a little when he said he loves the club. I probably shouldn’t have been but it was said in such an offhand way it struck me as very genuine. And Brooksy not saying what his own future holds was another interesting comment.
I think the fact Brooks was pondering the exit is a reflection of how unhappy the inner workings of the club have been in recent years.
To be fair Mercy Rule that’s the whole point of a forum - it’s all speculation and forum members personal opinion.
WILL ANOTHER PRODIGAL SON RETURN TO TIGER TOWN?
James Tedesco, Mitchell Moses and Luke Brooks all made their NRL debuts at the Tigers between 2012 and 2014.
Tedesco is now the captain of the Roosters, Blues and Kangaroos, while Moses played for the Eels in the grand final last October.
Brooks on the hand is the most experienced player in the NRL without a finals appearance to his name.
The Tigers won’t ever have all three playing together again but as Meatloaf said - “two out of three ain’t bad”.
Tedesco ain’t going anywhere but Moses is a free agent and Brooks confirmed last week he’s actively recruiting his mate to return next season.
“I can see it happening,” Parker said.
“He’s a premier halfback, no two ways about that, now you put Mitch Moses next to Api Korisau and they start to look a bit different and then you add Luke Brooks to that.
“Personally, I think they’re down a No. 1, I don’t think Dane Laurie is that player for them and I’m sure they’re looking around.
“The Bulldogs have pulled out of the race for Mitch… You never forget where you first started and he loves the club so you’d think if there was an opportunity to go back I think they’d be in the box seat.”

Happy Mitchell Moses day everyone
We won't know today if he has signed anyway.
Even if Sheens and Benji take a contract for him to sign to the meeting, he agrees and signs...they won't have a media release sitting on their phone ready to hit send.

I reckon they would. They'd be gagging to announce it.

A bit like Bateman release dropping on Boxing Day.

@helmesy Exactly. If he puts pen to paper today they will announce it today.
Hoping I've made my last ever post on the other forum. The dribble wore me down. Looking forward to a more reasonable approach to differing opinions on here.
I'm one who is hoping Moses doesn't sign, I just think that money demands a premiership winning 7, not someone who fails to ice big moments. But if he comes I'll get on board and hope he can justify the price tag.

Welcome to the forum!
As for Moses, I want him here because with him we are a probable top 8 team, without him we'll struggle. After so many years of poor performance i'd do anything to play finals again.

Great article... and worth the read even just for the 2005 highlights package (that'll put a smile on any tigers fan new/old die-hard or not!
