Yes but coaching is a major factor in attracting quality players. Yet to be seen if the Sheens/Benji circus will attract what we need. The Ciraldo hype is as close to guaranteed to attract players.

Listening to Jimmy Smith today on SEN found it interesting on the discussion of having a enforcer in the team. This is something we have lacked for a long time someone who intimidates the opposition we had Russell Packer but only scared Ryan Matterson. We need an intimidator that players look over there shoulder for. We just have workers which is need but I want some hard heads in this team to take authority. This should be a priority
