IMO I am getting the impression that the Tigers are a becoming a home away from home under Marshall !

Not sure what this means?

One word: Twenty. You can’t win with a start like that. Same as last week. We need much better starting. Not the same team without Api, AD, Bulla, Sam and Twal.

Would eels swap us Apa Twidle in exchange for skelton? We probably need a fullback/centre more than a winger at the moment.

I'm pretty sure after this week NRL clubs can play players outside top 30 without having to apply to the NRL.

Given injuries we've got to look at cup options particularly at hooker and in the backs. Mason, Hope and Luke L nowhere near up to it.

All I know is I don’t want Hope anywhere near first grade again. The other two I can cope with, but not both in the one team. Felt like a team of pigme’s out there today. Not sure how the team will recover from this horrendous 3 game streak.

We need to bring some players in next year

1. Jahream Bula
2. Sunia Turuva
3. Rocco Berry
4. Taylan May
5. Heamasi Makasini

would also be looking at Jed Stuart, Aaron Schoupp, Jayson Paulo, Braidon Burns and Mathew Feagai for some better depth

Bye round and post Magic Round can sometimes be a time when some players swap clubs.

Braidon Burns would be a great addition, low maintenance and is having his best season so far.

He's out for another few weeks from memory. We'd be better off just keeping Skelton.

Gotta hope Makasini is back after the bye so we can play LL, Makasini, Turuva, Skelton across the backline.

Suspect Attard will get a run at #1 if fit and Bula is still out.

We will definitely need a starting right centre, as well as some depth given LL will be departing. I imagine Skelton will be off as well given his lack of playing time.

Don't hate Berry but would hope we can attract someone better.

@london-tigers he’ll be a good addition to the club, but I think he will stay at the Cowboys.

Berry is probably the best of the bunch that available, unless someone falls out of the tree again

I wonder if there’s any chance of a medical retirement for To’a?

@joel i seem to recall that he refused surgery on the elbow/shoulder issue last summer and believed that surgery may not improve his situation. So NRL would not retire him until/unless he has the operation. If I was a betting man I predict that he would now look to have the operation with a view to returning next year.

In the background to that Im still really shocked that he was selected in the NRL team earlier in the year. I remember watching him at Leichhardt (I think it was against the Raiders) and he could barely keep up.

@mickb pretty sure I read somewhere that it was a club decision on medical advice that the op wouldn’t achieve any more than rehab over time. So I presume a medical retirement ‘may’ still be an option , if the player is on board .
