What are they doing with Sharpe? Continue develop him at 6 or ?I wouldn’t be surprised to see Galvin go to knights fir the rest of this year in exchange for KPP coming early
cant see him heading to newcastle
roosters offload young he will fit in there
obrien is a Moses client under huge pressure with no 5/8
Definitely worth looking at but only thing is he’s inexperienced at NRL level. He’s probably a year ahead of Latu & he seems to have a good kicking game but should we be looking at more experience or do we just want depth in the position? Do we look at Jake Clifford who has a huge kick & experience? Not a as a first choice but as genuine experienced back up? Personally, think Sexton our best option right now. Guess there’s a few options there to consider.Thoughts on Tom Duffy, being looked at by a few clubs as a mid-season transfer before June 30.
I hope we’re at the front of the queue. he is a phenomenal talent.
Not keen on Sexton but be interesting what the club comes up with in the half’s for the rest of this year and the more importantly next year. there are options out there experience or inexperience halfbacks. We need to have better depth in all positions moving forward.

We need to add 6 or 7 players to our best 18 we have now so that our top 24 or 25 is strong as it can be. That’s where we fail in comparison to most clubs. We can plan to do that over the next 2 seasons. Add 2 or 3 next season & look at guys off contract 2027 this November. We won’t be able to bring in 5 or 6 of what we need straight away but 2 or 3 we could next season. So who do we look at next season that could make us genuine top 8 chance? Do we go with Latu or a genuine, experienced organising half who has a good kicking game & can kick goals eg Sexton? If we bring in KPP then right edge is ok. Another middle? Kamikamica, Vaalepu or ? Taylan or Tyrone May or both if no Sexton?
Does anyone know what Hugo Savala’s situation is at Rorters? Guy is doing well at 7 there & has a big kick on him & defends well. They have Walker there, maybe DCE & young Rodwell coming through as well. If DCE does go there he could be someone to look at. I think guys like Savala and Sexton would like to put themselves in the position next season to be looked at by the new clubs coming in 2027 & 2028. A great season next year & PNG might be throwing some great, tax free coin their way.

Ha, ha, very good. That was me giving my tip as a supporter, not from a more objective perspective, although I did expect us to do very well had everything been going ok. But that was before the Galvin business. I expected him to keep improving, extend, be a big part of the community out Campbelltown & MacArthur etc. I posted here it was a no brainer for him to extend but I didn’t know he’d already set his mind to leaving well before our offer was made. As it is I think it’s set as back a bit, not much but enough to have to start again with another halves combo. I think we can still play finals with a few good additions next season but looking at it now I would expect a big push 2 years down the track.

Ah, stuff it, we’ll win it next year.
last year we were looking at Harrison Hasset from penrith, perhaps better than seyfarth
Youre right, I doubt they’ll let him go too but if he can be talked to right now do it. And offer one year on good money that the Rorters mightn’t be able to match because his kicking game is a difference maker. He’s pretty solid in all other aspects as well.Does anyone know what Hugo Savala’s situation is at Rorters? Guy is doing well at 7 there & has a big kick on him & defends well. Yes, he goes pretty good but have you had a look at Ativalu Lisati’s Cup highlights from last year? Does some good things & can play middle as well. Also have a look at his try late in the game for Storm v Cows rd 26 last year, pretty good. Not sure what his future holds at Storm but is from Sydney and is behind some good forwards there. Is Chris Pio’s partner as well who has just extended at the Tigers. Wouldn’t be on big money.last year we were looking at Harrison Hasset from penrith, perhaps better than seyfarth

Jamal Shibasaki from the cows would be a good depth signing aswell.
There’s a few around who we might be able to bring across now isn’t there. But if we are to look at players for next year & 2027 who could be “difference makers” who do we look at? Do we go with Latu now & put everything into him & Luai next season & beyond? Or do we look at easing him in over the next season and a half and look around for an experienced half with a good kicking game to partner Luai during that time? Assuming KPP is coming who do we look at next? Do we target a top class player and spend big or do we look at 2 or 3 players instead?Yes, he goes pretty good but have you had a look at Ativalu Lisati’s Cup highlights from last year? So the beauty pageant parents have moved their little princess to the top team again just like they did in the juniors. Coward
