Interesting article from Foxsport, basically stating Benji wanted to drop him, asked the senior players and they agreed. Did not force Galvin to speak to the team, however did offer him a chance to explain himself and he took it, and went on to tell his teammates " you do you and I'll do me" quickly lost the room and they told him to stop there.
To be honest, I hope Benji and Richo have pulled the team in and said enough is enough. No more public comments. Time to get back to thinking about putting 50 on the Eels, which I think is possible with Doueihi @ 7 and Luai @ 6. Will be far less caotic in attack, surely!

listening to the Moses interview with joel Caine and fletcher you get the idea this has been brewing for awhile, sounds like as a club we have been massively played

At the end he put up a 'theory' whereby Eels release Dylan Brown to Newcastle which would allow Galvin to take his spot at Parra. I think there was a suggestion that the Tigers would have to get a player from Newcastle to complete the deal but they didnt have a name

Parra have form doing this sort of stuff to get contracted players released early. Out of spite I would tell them to piss off and keep the kid on the bench for the next 18 months. On the other hand it is a shit team that will not get any better with Galvin in it, so maybe he can go there and see how much his game develops. Mitch Moses is a glory hog and flat track bully, watch how he gets injured regularly until they can recruit some quality players. Ryles has so far proven to be pretty ordinary as a head coach. @canberratiger Just watched it and wow what a turn around dince the end of last season. His comments about Benji last November and this April are polar opposites. They can't both be true??? If nothing else the truth has been tampered with but more likely the anti tampering rule has been broken.
On another thing Lachie is claiming now he is being bullied by the other players over his decision to leave the club (as per a news snippet from Channel 9 ad). If that it true I would be very disappointed. There is no place for bullying in our society, we have seen the dreadful effects of it all too often.
a few observations:
- Benji is the heart and soul of this club. Genuinely think he is just an incredible human
- Luai is a leader. I can see why he commands respect. I can also see that he thinks Lachlan is a tool
- api absolutely does not want Lachie to play again
- Benji positioned Lachie to be here until end of 26 and even said he would want him to stay longer. It seems the strategy is to not make it easy for Moses to extract him
@tgrzmn Something stinks alright …this has manifested since the Brown announcement came about … Richo and the club need to stand there ground .The NRL need to get involved to see if Anti tampering is involved.

Benny is a germ. I am surprised at Blocker cos usually he just follows Benny Elias' lead. This crap is so see through, the bullying claim will lead to an early release. Then in 6 month there will be a fluff piece about Lachy "just loving his footy again" at whatever scumbag club has him lines up already.
