I'm all for getting a couple of teammates - from the right club though. Would prefer say NAS and Welch coming from a super-successful system.
Welch is busted. Compressed disks in his back. Not getting better from that. Makes him the ideal Tigers signing
Ah that's terrible for him. I guess my point is, if we're going to risk older players I'd prefer they come from a successful team and good system, not the opposite.
And if we could, a couple of players from the same said club/team/system is not a bad idea...
I like that it's only a 2 year deal. No more 3 and 4 year deals for unproven players.
