This will probably be an unpopular suggestion but David Gallop would be good for the CEO role imo…

Need someone who understands rugby league administration. Him as CEO, Coates as Chair, Bennett as Head of Football.

I think he might be near perfect.

Another name to throw in the mix - Steve Noyce, particularly for the board.

@helmesy Noyce was all footy as was his family could do a lot worse .. had a lot of time for him in the day !

@avocadoontoast Interesting your comment Re Bennett has a relationship with Benji , it would be a great get but would have to come back to Sydney .. would not happen unfortunately.

We need someone (ideally more than 1) in the mix that has specifically experienced success in the NRL imo. Preferably in as CEO, but even if it's someone like Richardson as a non-exec director, effectively working as a consultant at executive level. 

Wayne Pearce would be the ultimate Wests Tigers chairman given his experience in governance at the ARL Commission and his love for the club. It would be interesting to know if the WT board members receive a payment or not. Pearce would be on 100k + as ARL Commissioner.

I don’t think he’d have to come back here full time. Could just fly down when needed. His role would be assisting with player management and development, recruitment and mentoring Benji. He could do the lions share from Brissie imo.

Those are the 2 Holman Barnes Group director positions that are voted for by the general membership of the Holman Barnes Group. 

With the changes that they helped make to.the governance, structure and constitution of the Wests Tigers then I am happy for them to continue in these roles.
