I have been a member for around 9 years.
Always non-ticketed as I have moved around and not lived in Sydney in that time.
I found the naming changes of the different membership packs confusing. I had the "Club" membership, which is now the "Wests Tigers Membership." They also brought in a "Rural membership," which is the same as the "Wests Tigers Membership" but has a different description. I had to get one of the staff to look into it, as they were also confused.
I then decided to purchase the "digital membership" and "Cub membership" (for our new baby) in October. I received the link for the Kayo subscription but have not heard anything else from them about either membership.
I also do not have access to the members-only store.
I fail to see this as a ticketek issue as there are no tickets...
