- Go through a selection process to determine who the best option for coach will be for 2023. I would entertain Flanagan, Woolf, Henry, Toovey, Ciraldo, anyone really. Noone should be ruled out and they should go through a thorough screening process.
- Once the coach is appointed he should be in charge of all recruitment and retention, as well as appointing his own assistant coaches for season 2023.
- Sack Pascoe. Mark Sawicki can step into the role until someone suitable is found. My recruitment strategy would be to look at strong rugby league administrators both here and abroad. I'd also consider people from other professional sports who have had success running organisations.
