Sheens confirmed in the post match interview that Ken has hurt the same knee that gave him trouble last year. He’s having scans to determine the extent of the injury.

Either way, he believes he won’t be available for round one.

Not good for him and we never wish an injury on anyone but I feel he was going to struggle to hold his spot anyway. Early days for sure but both Staines and Tupou putting their hands up

Not good at all, especially if it's the same knee.

Feel bad for Ken, but what’s the most frustrating is when he injured himself so early in a game. Happened a few times last year which left us short a player for 75mins. I know he can’t help when he gets injured, but if there is any doubt he won’t last the full 80 then he shouldn’t be named. We can’t waste subs on a winger.

Round 3 - injured

Round 4 - 80 min

Round 5 - 80 mins

Dropped then recalled

Round 6 - 62 min

Round 7 - 78 min

In 9 rounds he's play the full game 3 times

And, what's you point? You're looking for acknowledgement or recognition? We are all offering opinions. Some, it seems, are more desperate for their opinion to be endorsed than others.

My point was that he hasn't played too many games without affected by injury.

I only referred to last year's post, because I didn't have time to do the rest of the season.

I hope he can take some time to get his knee right, because he's a strong runner out of the back field.

NRL physio on Twitter suggested medial ligament for Ken

FYI Ngutlik is done for the year which is a real shame

https://weststigersforum.com/threads/injury-forces-ngutlik-out-for-remainder-of-2023-season.34481/#post-1735290

Great effort by the local PNG journo to get the story, given the lack of info coming from WT.

Great news. Let the deluded turd stay where he is. WT are the winners in this outcome, IMO.
