Just move to 10 at Stadium Australia and 1 each at Campbelltown and Leichhardt.

Only if they make SA a true rectangle and bring the lower bowl closer.

If it’s being used they are more likely to. Was on the cards previously

Rumour has it that the State Gov has ditched the idea of a stadium in Liverpool.

Instead, Homebush is going to get a roof and some $ will be spent on Leichhardt.

That's my issue too. Location wise it's perfect, but it's just not a great stadium to view games in its current configuration.

I'm fine with that. I know it's a growth area but I don't really associate Liverpool with Wests Tigers.

Phil Rothfield is saying Leichhardt Oval is getting a 'facilities' upgrade. Wonder what that involves.

I would say toilet renovations, new seats, food outlet upgrades, maybe a big screen too.

@jedi-tiger there’s a leagues club just around the corner at the markets. Best bet would be team up with one of the pubs there and taking a share of the profits by putting pre and post game events on.

I grew up on Leichhardt and it’s hill so have a soft spot for it but if I was a new fan I’d be wondering what the hell is this if someone took me there for a game

Exactly and that’s my issue with Leichhardt. You are not going to attract a new range of fans there. It’s a ground for the last century and those that were born then.

IMO you attract different fans there. You have your (old balmain) die hards like me that love the place and if they have any brains have a membership. IMO for the majority of the rest of the crowd, its an event. They are there for the "event", beers before the game, stand on the hill with ya mates like its something special. Similar to the crowd that gets to Henson. IMO a LOT of the Leichhardt crowd are never going to Homebush, Commbank or CSS.....and thats OK.
