Richardson said today that he believes Wests Tigers are a 30K game attendance team. That gives you some idea of the thinking moving forward. Wants to grow the membership, giving them the facilities they need to attend matches. It will be very interesting to see what the Strategic Plan looks like.

Even now it is $210 for GA 5 games at LO but only $280 for GA all 10. Adult reserve tickets are $400 for full season, for the roosters at Allianz this is $320. We massively over pay for LO tickets and I assume a bunch of this goes to the council. We should be trying our hardest to get city members to travel to CSS, even if it is general admission tickets. It’s how we can ultimately unite our member base and get people used to travelling out to CSS.

5 games basic reserve for adult at LO is $275. Gold reserve roosters 10 game at Allianz is $320. We are being massively ripped off to sit out in the open, queue a mile for a pie and beer and stand in urine to take a piss.

I think that the club should be aiming for 30K a game, and making the CSS & LO discussion obsolete and a figment of the past.

It also means nothing unless the club cant find a winning team. Worrying about taking the club away from traditional grounds whilst we are perpetually losing and not attracting crowds is putting the cart before the horse.

It wouldn't take much to make LO and CSS obsolete, with their low capacities.

If we were running 10th with 10 games to go,  we'd be selling out both grounds.

Need to have a plan in place, to immediately take advantage  once we become even somewhat competitive

It’s about growing the membership so that they can also grow the Corporate Sponsorship. You cannot attract sponsors with 9,000 junior members who can’t be contacted. You need to give members the facilities they want to attend games.   Winning games is only a part of this process of growing membership. It means squat if you don’t give the members the facilities they need.

On winning games, this will happen. I am very confident of that. It may take a bit longer than I would like but I have no doubt that the club is doing everything the right way for winning to happen. Professional sports administrators are now in charge who actually know what they are doing.

Correct Mike, and I think playing all games at Campbelltown probably somewhat limits our corporate earnings capacity/capability.

If the club is going to reach its potential we need one home which is centrally located and allows for exceptional corporate experiences, as well as comfortable fan conditions and that’s either CommBank, Accor or Allianz - and that’s a situation that’s not going to change any time soon.

with that CommBank is parramatta's stadium so I would strike that off with the leagues club right next door.

Allianz is shared by Roosters, they don't have crowds anyway and it is not right next to there leagues club. This choice would be ok and we have played at SFS in the past

Accor is close to COE and we have played there in the past, drawback is the ground is too big and needs a redevelopment is currently only shared by dogs.

CSS needs an upgrade probably not going to happen

LO needs and upgrade probably not.going to happen

All correct. Accor ticks most boxes…just a damn shame it isn’t a rectangle!

112 pages into this and there isnt an answer. Lets be real, everyone has a strong opinion on it and they are all different and there is a reason (besides weak management) that they havent solved the problem and that is because it isnt easy.

That being said, I think the "powers that be" have missed a massive opportunity with Commbank and Allianz. In this day and age with the amount of digital signage present in stadia, each stadium should be able to be completely individualised with colours and sponsorship completely dependent on the day tenant. Allianz should be able to be completely black, Gold & White with only our sponsors on show for that that day. That would make the uptake and tenancy a lot easier, even at Commbank.

if redevelopment doesn't happen at CSS you can't play anymore than 3 games at CSS plus trials

play nrlw at LO

No Tamworth or magic round

play 9 games at Allianz / Accor

There are solutions, the club just has to pick one and stick to it.
