Hey all, just wanted to gauge any interest in a concept we’ve been kicking around - providing coach transport to some away games.

Most likely the Canberra, Newcastle, Bathurst type games, we would anticipate maybe one or two pick up points where you could leave your car.

Maybe have a special guest that could be interviewed along the route? Quizzes and fun etc.

Maybe sit together at the game? Pre-purchase a block of tickets?

At a reasonable cost, would this be something you would consider being part of?

Any thoughts or feedback welcomed.

Sounds great Joel. Didn't intend going to Bathurst but this has me pretty keen. The whole idea of attending games with a large group of other Wests Tigers supporters is terrific.

Ticket sales have commenced, I would suggest given the early interest that you secure your seat(s) asap.

Any idea when tickets for the game go on sale? I looked at NRL website but not available yet.

I would suggest NRL ticket sales will open in the next couple of weeks.

Paid up for son & I. Hoping to see a full bus of fellow Wests Tigers desperates. And I’ll lead the victory song (my own, a real banger) on the return journey. Tigers!!!!

I'll pick you up at Sydney Airport.

Just a heads up - we’re now about halfway to full for the trip, don’t delay with getting your booking in.

As mentioned on the latest pod - we’ve added a pick up point at Glenbrook. We aim to arrive at the bus stop just west of Coughlan Rd around 10:30am. There looks to be plenty of parking available in Coughlan Rd. Naturally, drop off will be at the bus stop on the other side of the GWH but there is a pedestrian crossing available there.

Hope this helps if you’re a outer west or lower Blue Mountains based fan.

I have a name for this group of hardy Wests Tigers supporters, the LOWTS, Lovers of Wests Tigers. I realise Lovers is a strong word but to do what we do each year it can only be one thing that brings us back and that’s love. Opposition supporters can point at the bus and say “Oh no, it’s that bunch of Lowts again”. Lowts on tour, woohooh!!!!
