Thought this might be a good topic for an upcoming podcast - the great Wests Tigers moments that have happened outside of 2005.
I’d like to nominate the 2004 World Sevens victory. That was a sweet moment, especially getting one over the Eels who considered themselves Sevens specialists in those days.
What other great moments stand out for you?

I liked the Semi Final in Canberra in 2010, the missed Crocker (the chocker) penalty goal that sealed the game.

Beating the Storm in Slaters milestone game. Scored right near the end from memory.
@derailed Any win against the Storm his a highlight, I loved Lawrance running 3/4 of the field off the scrum to win at LO, is that the game you are talking about?

This one was Billy’s 300th maybe 3 years back down in Melbourne. I remember his wife going off thinking he’d won them the game.
I remember that game as well. I was up in Armidale and watching it as I had a uni thing that week I had to be there for (correspondence study). Was the only one watching the game in the uni bar. Everyone thought I was a mad man.
@derailed UNE student nice, Yeah I remember that game now. We have had some good wins against the Storm.

Years back I won a two box tickets for Leichhardt. It was the Mark O’Neill punched out game. I remember John Wilson taking an intercept and running 3/4 of the field to win the game.

I was at that game as well, in the same seats I have been in for 21 years at LO. I gave Williams an almighty spray has he headed down the tunnel.

First 2/3 of 2000 was pretty special. Despite all the drama we were right up there. Then McCracken got injured and we capitulated

Running second after about 18 rounds or something?
Wrong thread to mention the Penrith game 🙁

Quite enjoyed holding both the Raiders and Panthers to nil in 2012. Waiting so long for the club to do it and then followed it up a couple of months later again.
