I had concerns when he came back about overpaying players, so far so good. Papalil'i was signed on a great deal, we didn't go and blow a lot of cash on Leiluia and wheter you agree or not we set a limit on Hodgson and have stuck to it. Maybe the salary cap management will be fine under his watch.

It would have been interesting to be a fly on the wall during the Papalil'i negotiations to see how involved he was.
