@snake I agree with your impressions of the CEO. Has a big opinion of himself (as noted by others) but his press conference yesterday was amateurish and a tick-the-box exercise, at best.
He was at pains to say that what was said in the room, stays in the room. Really? Should that be a surprise to anyone if the organisation he's leading wants to be taken seriously?

As much as vaping etc are signs that concern me, surely he is clutching at straws when it comes to complaints.

What if AD came into the meeting and apologised for his unprofessional behaviour and said he would also apologise to the playing group as well as play anywhere the team/coach needs him to play. That is accepts all responsibility for this whole incident. He should also be required to apologise to Javon Andrews for spoiling his debut. That done there are grounds for a fresh start and Benji looks to be in control again.
