Just as an aside, I support the decision not to go for the 2 when we got the penalty in the first 5mins of the game, but it seems a bit ridiculous to take the 2 in the final two mins. Mainly because you always have the option of a 2 point field goal these days.
We showed moments today and the second half was good but we can’t keep shooting ourselves in the foot in the 20.

You get back to 6 , now you have basically until the ref calls time off to get the 6.
the other way you could march down and waste all the time getting the 6 points , but you still have to get another 2 .
And outside of Cleary and Mitchell, and Reynolds , who has nailed a 2 point field goal .

I think it was the right call. Anytime within the last 10 you can get back to within 6 you should
Moses the difference obviously. Douhie looks like he might be out for a while so I presume we revert to brooks/wakeham, they won’t but they should play wakeham at 7 and let brooks just do his thing. Staines looks like he will stay at 1 now that he is supporting Api well behind the ruck and his is quite safe under the high ball.
fingers crossed there might be some movement in the roster over the bye.
That was our best looking game all year .
I thought brooks and api played well together , And Staines did well at the back .
Straight up , we beat at least 10 other teams today playing like that .
that Parra team is not the 16th best team.
I know we are -6 , but we now have the buy to work on our combinations .

The other 5 games , I have been wondering what the hell for most of it .
