My other word is 'cursed'. There's some bad juju going on for us to have this constant & consistent run of injuries

My one word would be polish… we created enough to win but just couldn’t execute to get the job done. But proud of the effort.
Disappointed. Not disappointed in the team but disappointed for the team. There was a lot of effort out there today and some of our usual injury disruptions too, but I thought that we still had enough chances to scrape home. Who is left standing to back up next week? I have to say that Heath Mason played quite well in the halves and doesn't lack in self confidence at all. WE had some interesting combinations on the field at times today with 2 hookers, 2 fullbacks, 3 centres, 1 half, 1 winger and also 3 props (4 if you count Sione playing out of position all game) at one stage. So many playing out of position. Well done!
Word - Steam. We run out of it 5 minutes before halftime every week and concede a try. This takes away all of our momentum before the break and leads to a slow start to the second half.
One word. Bench. We needed to use it more as the boys were exhausted (API specifically) but we don’t have much in the bench so I understand why Benji didn’t use it. Need to get some troops back.

One word: 2027 - The team has shown that they have the ability to win when we are not depleted with injuries. This year we have been crushed with major injuries to our top level players and some of our second tier players. We are then relying on the 3rd string.. I know we all love reciting 2005 quotes so here goes - Tim Sheens stated that the main reason we won in 2005 was that we did not suffer a big injury toll compared to the opposition teams. Having a healthy squad for the season in 2027 then we will see some success..
