This game is possibly the hardest one to come up with just one word. I think the positive and negative comments on here all have valid points as i felt the same throughout the game.
Resilience - they brought some of it on themselves but to overcome zero 6 agains in PVL ball is extraordinary, got no calls for foul play, and more injuries on the edge, that defence at the end of the game is something to be proud of.
Low IQ - fairly certain we're the lowest Iq football team in the comp. Why we don't stay down for legitimate penalties is beyond me.
The dumb passing and offloads in our 20 and coming out of trouble is just plain stupid. We seem to have players who offload for the sake of it, T May being the obvious one but not the only one. There's a strategy behind it within some clubs to draw the tackle out, but currently we're offloading to people in the same position or worse, its hurting us.
Bula - we had some players make key tackles today, Madden, Luai, Toa but Bula's last ditch defence was reminiscent of his debut season and saved us the game.
I was also at the game and watch the replay. I said most, not all. A few of Jocks kicks were good, most weren’tMost of Jock’s kick were terrible. Either misdirected or too low. He is no Adam Reynolds.Loved Jock and Jerome’s kicking tonight, went early and found the grass a few times - the only stat we won. Well done Benji.
Not sure which game you were watching. I was at the game and watched reply on TV. Jock and Luai's kicking was on point the first half. Jock's kick for the try? His conversations? The amount of grass they kicked to?
I honestly can't fathom the negativity coming from some people after a gutsy win. Was it perfect... No. Were we the better team... Yes. Did we win... Yes.

A little luck from the football gods which is normally against us earned us the result through grit and determination.
more bad than good and same goes for Jerome aswell. I’m all for kicking on the 3rd and 4th but might leave that plan until AD is back. Luai break down the field after catching the ball from a PuppyDogs kick should not have been called back.
He jumped from the field of play, caught the ball before touching the ground in the in goal. That is play on. Would have liked to seen Luai run 100 metres to score.
Just has to get the howlers out of his game to be a super star. And maybe get into first receiver a little more.Bula. He's a star.
