• @the-last-ronin I agree. We need forwards like Stef, Pole and Klem to launch into to D close to the line on the 3-4 tackle. Need to fold the line to make the edges fold in. Stand deeper and launch into them. We are so pedestrian like which make it easier to defend against.

Guys, stand deeper and run hard onto the ball.

As a side note, our whole backline looks soooo non athletic compared to other teams which contributed to us getting the spoon last year. ¾ of our side wouldn't make top 4 sides atm.

We haven't got big, strong and fast backs.

So what does Sheens do with a lame backline....keep recruiting I guess.

Backline definitely needs work. We have no X factor at all and our set plays look like the local under 16s in a training run. It’s no surprise that most of our tries have come from individual play rather than set moves.
