One word: Unlucky

Don’t usually like to blame external influences for a loss. But when you consider the weather the Loss of AD in the warmup and injury’s throughout the game. To only loose by 2 points due to a lay down penalty the boys can really hold there heads high after that one.

One word: gutsy. Tigers depth is a huge issue, and it was really tested tonight. Losing Doueihi, then Samuela Fainu hit at our most vulnerable positions - centre and back row. This patched up team was hanging on for long periods, then got in a roll and hit the front. That fifth try would have sealed the game, but alas it wasn’t to be. Chasing the game late with busted players out of position everywhere isn’t ideal. That was very 2022-2024 Tigers late on, no dummy half!

One word: trending

Unlucky to lose that one but the effort and performance is consistent with the trends we have seen over the first month. A shame that we are now only 2 from 4 where we had a good chance to be 4 from 4.

One word, camp

the warriors were camping on the play the balls which made us camped in our own end and the Campbeltown curse continues

proud of the boys confident we will have more wins then losses if we keep playing like that

poor referring tonight that was a shocking penalty at the end and CNK was able to on the field and not go off for hia

we had heaps of injuries and patched up team, warriors were not great but not really a bottom 4 side either

Our biggest issue in 2025 is that we don’t have a top30 that can absorb injuries. We have Naden, Skelton, Lallili out before kickoff for selection and then douhie and sam Fainu go down during the game. That’s 5 of our 27 registered players and everybody else is not ready for first grade.

My one word is injuries, lost 3 players including 2 in positions on game day where we have no depth. So boys still put up a fight and almost jagged a win. I'm pissed off we didn't win however I'm OK with their performance in general.

My 1 word. Frustrating.

How the hell do we play so well to get back to the lead and then blow it so spectacularly with brain explosions at the end of the game! 🤬

I’m still unsure how you play Latu in the 17. You could argue he starts on the bench with Twal starting 13 and then you bring him on after 20min once the game opens up a bit similar to how we are using TDS but that would mean bench of Latu, TDS, Bird and Hunt. Hunt snd TDS both play short minutes so you really put a lot of pressure on May, Pole and Twal to play massive minutes.

Latu actually looked very nice straightening the attack and he is a run threat so I can see how he adds a lot of interest as a 13 but it seems like a luxury we can’t afford

My one word: “WorkInProgress”. Yes I cheated that’s three. I also have to say I’ve lost my voice yelling at the officials as they were hopeless. A very badly officiated game.

My one word is effort. After early losses of key players in shallow positions a lot of effort was required not to be embarrassed in this game let alone be competitive, which we were. Disappointing not to steal a win and now we sit at 9th on the table and I'm not happy as with a little luck we could be 2nd having lost 2 games by only 2 points each time.

Congratulations to Tigers and their spirited effort to the end.

My one word is Gritty … but also semi final

Wouldn’t it be ironic if our first finals appearance will be against this mob today. Our last finals appearance being our next. They were good today the warriors, we were brave under the changes and injury to our left edge. Would like Benji to have a crack at the officials, he wouldn’t miss the 10K let’s be fair. Don’t lay down to them and stand up abit I would say.
But onwards and upwards … bring on the broncos ‼️
