An equally important question, has Laurie been better than Mbye?
I haven't watched St George play this year but Laurie is definitely down on form and would probably rank below all other fullbacks in the comp at the moment. He played better on the weekend and *may* come good but I definitely think we need a new one to be successful. If we were to clear the decks of Brooks and saved several hundred $k I'd be looking for a good, attacking fullback.
I think with the addition of Api and Papali along with a more experienced Stefano and a fit Blore our forwards aren't looking too bad. We do need a replacement for Tamou although I confess he's played better this year than I'd expected.
