I'm just saying you can't excuse things on being too young or inexperienced- when your competitor gets picked for qld at 18.
Need to look at other factors, either need to lift in:

- competitiveness/ruthlessness

theres no way Bula is outperforming Walsh - in footy sense
maybe theres some satistics that says Bula is better on that metric - but as a game winning fullback - Walsh is a big step ahead.
I think Bula can become a top 3 fullback - but theres definitely aspects of his game he and the coaching staff need to work on to ensure he meets his potential.
As well as coaching players around him, to get the most out of Bula.
Theres a highlight clip of Bula running a length of the field in reserves before he made his debut.
Have we een him score a long range try in decent open space in first grade?
