I liked that Eddie asked Steve the score and he didn't even know. You had one job Steve!

Eddie - interesting point about needing to have an experienced coach come in next.
Im not sure I agree with that. Im ok with a rookie as long as they can bring experienced players with them. There's a clear need for experienced players to round out next year's roster.
If players come in 3 tiers
Rookies - under 50 games
Intermediate - 50 to 150 games
Leaders - 150 games +
The first two tiers we are not too badly stocked. There is just no leadership

I think it’s pretty clear Eddie thinks the podcasts he isn’t on aren’t worth listening to 😆
